Course Description
SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management and the SIT60322 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management provides you with the practical skills and industry knowledge needed to start your hospitality career or advance into management roles.
These qualifications equips you with a solid foundation of skills and practical knowledge to lead service teams and the insight needed to excel as a manager in hotels, restaurants, or other businesses within the hospitality and tourism industries.
Upon completion, graduates will be equipped to work as Hotel Managers, Restaurant Managers, General Managers of hospitality businesses, or Senior Supervisors in related fields.
International applicants must be 18 years or older and have:

Year 11 or equivalent certificate of senior secondary education.

IELTS 5.5 (with no individual band less than 5.0) or equivalent. (If the level of English is insufficient, a suitable course can be organised).
